Sidney is a proven senior executive with highly developed commercial skills that have been gained from working on ‘all sides of the fence’ ie. Line and staff positions such as training manager of the Swire Group and BAT, New Accounts Director at American Express and Business Development Director at Andersen Business Consulting and an Executive Director of HK public- listed company. Most recently, he was Head of consulting, Asia for Convergys; the world’s largest outsourcing of customer management.

His personal drive and results focus are underpinned by an outstanding, demonstrable track record of success that includes chairmanship of a number of professional bodies and associations. Some of these include Chairman of the Sales & Marketing Executive Club, Distinguished Salesperson Award Programme of the HK Management Association, VP of The Rotary Club of HKNE, Founding Chairman of the HKMA Quality Award, Chairman of the HK Call Centre Association, Founding Secretary of Management Consultancies Association, Outsourcing Advisor to the Government of Tianjin, Suzhou and Nanjing as well as Independent Power Producers Forum, Asia Pacific Water Council and The Shanghai University.

Peter is a management consulting specialist with over 17 years experience in corporate management consulting and operation management. Having served Taifook Securities Group for over 10 years.

Consulting firms worked for include Pricewaterhouse, PA Management Consulting, Kurt Salmon Associates and the HK Productivity Council.

Peter has provided professional consulting services to such sectors as financial services, consumer’s products, technical equipment, construction materials, transportation, publication and electricity distribution over 40 local and multinational firms in Hong Kong, China and the Far East region have benefited from Peter’s expertise.

Frank has devoted 28 years in high technology and information technology industries, working in various management positions. Companies included Hewlett Packard, Tektronix, Apollo Computer and Silicon Graphics, covering Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, China and Taiwan. Frank served the capital market as corporate advisor and investment banker for 10 years. At present he is an investment and corporate advisor for a China conglomerate and European investment group, with a focus on forestry, new energy, carbon dioxide reduction and financial services.

Frank was President of Hong Kong Toastmasters and President of New Experience Toastmasters (www.netm.com.cn) on Communication and Leadership Programs. He is now serving a few non-profit organizations as advisor.

Frank studied Business Administration and Accounting at Hong Kong Polytechnic University (formerly Hong Kong Technical College) and Computer Programming in Control Data Computer Institute, Toronto, Canada.
