Winnie is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) with extensive experience in technology and professional service industry.

She has strong background in concept and brand development, marketing and project management, event management, business development, benchmarking studies and training programs. Winnie contributes to CWF's goals by building and strengthening client and business relationship, with strengths lie in balancing the needs of various stakeholders

She is involved in a variety of events and contributing communities services in Hong Kong, China and Asia Pacific Region.

She has served various mutinational insurance companies and a listed company in Hong Kong such as Sun Life Financial, American International Assurance Company (Bermuda) Ltd. , AXA China Region Insurance Company Limited, CMG,  and Tai Fook Securities Group.

Horace was one of the founders of Protiviti Hong Kong/China when Protiviti expanded its operations in this region in 2003/4 after its successful launch in the US in 2002.  Protiviti is a leading independent risk consulting firm with expertise in Business Risk, Internal Audit and Technology Risk Consulting (www.protiviti.com).  Horace was the Director and Head of Protiviti Hong Kong Office between 2004 and early 2007 when the office had grown from 5 to more than 40 employees.  Horace was the key person in setting up the practice in Hong Kong with successful brand and expertise building and expansion of market share.  Horace was also the Internal Audit Advisory Service Leader of Protiviti Greater China.

Before joining Protiviti and a brief stay at a China online game distributor as Regional Finance Leader, Horace was with PricewaterhouseCoopers as Senior Manager responsible for risk management and the appropriate application of International, Hong Kong and PRC financial reporting and auditing standards in audit engagements and IPOs in both Hong Kong and China.

Currently, Horace is the proprietor of Ma Chun Fung Horace, Certified Public Accountant specializing in corporate finance, corporate governance, risk management and internal control advisory services with experience in dealing with private equity investments. He is also an independent non-executive director of Ming Fai International Holding Limited, a company listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (3828.HK).

Jenny is a professional event manager with over eight years of project coordination experience.

Jenny commenced her career in Toronto, Canada, where she completed a Bachelor Degree in interior design in Ryerson University. Jenny offered her outstanding expertise in project coordination to G. Ryan Design as Project Designer supervising a real estate campaign. After returning to Hong Kong, Jenny devoted years of endeavour to several communication and design companies including PICO as Project Designer.

The professionalism of project management demonstrated by Jenny is underpinned by her myriad record of experiences in organizing annual dinner events, exhibition special design booths, show room decoration and other related projects. Highlights of Jenny's projects count the Grand Opening of Langham Place, Addidas-Stella McCartney Regional Launch, Mercedes Formula 1 Annual Dinner in Shanghai, American Express-Lavin-Rolls Royce's Join Adventure event night "Splendour of Luxury" and Sunday Telecommunication's BoBo Launch.

Aman is an Arts undergraduate majoring in French at the University of Hong Kong. Being a Grantham Scholar of the Year and entered Hong Kong University through the Early Admission Scheme, she is also a leader in various student organizations, a co-founder of a new student society in HKU for the promotion of gender equality as well as an active student ambassador of the University. A keen culture explorer, she has enjoyed an exchange abroad to McGill Univerisity, Montreal, Canada. Aman has joined Taifook Securities Group Limited since 2007.

Jessie is current doing ACCA in part time after having graduated from the University of Herfordshire, UK (complete in INTI University College, Malaysia) in Accounting on 2006.

Over two years working experience in Finance industry. Now she works in HBTV which is a national Financial TV channel Shenzhen office.

She works on the position as assistant of GM. Served HK finance organisation clients including: Rabo Bank, RBS, BNP, SG Warrants, Emperor, Everbright,Taifook, FPI, Euro Event, Aastock, CVCRI, Quam, Grandfg, Cinda, Prudential etc.

Philip is currently the producer/director of Amphe Production, a production company serving both local and multinational clients to promote their products, services and commercial brands.

Philip had participated in film/event productions as well as advertising campaigns for numerous renown clients such as Avex Group Inc., Summit Entertainment, Prada, Swire Group, Jp Morgan, Bank of China, Bank of Communications and Taifook Securities Group.

He has been in the production industry for over 15 years and has gained profound experience in the fields of audio, music, video and film production.

Philip is a member of the Composers and Authors Society of Hong Kong (CASH)

Philip was graduated from the Tokyo Conservatoire Shobi, Japan, majored in Art of Sound, and he had studied the THX system in USA.

Clement serves as Compliance at EFG Bank AG, a Swiss private bank. In this position, Mr. Wong’s responsibilities include assisting in establishing internal policies pertaining to general regulatory compliance, licensing, dealing with supervisory authorities and enforcement issues under the Banking Ordinance and Securities & Futures Ordinance. His responsibilities also include conducting preliminary investigation into allegations, as appropriate.

Clement received his Bachelor of Law (Honors) from the University of Hertfordshire, UK. He also holds a Financial Advisers' International Qualification (FAIQ) and he is an associate member of both CII and IFPHK

Smily graduated from Foreign Languages School of Jianghan University, Wuhan with a degree in English. Having participated in several projects of the China Windmill Foundation, working together with the IronMan Windmill Co. Ltd. Sharing the concept of CWF, Smily is responsible for checking situations of poor areas to which CWF will be able to lend a helping hand.
