1) Apart of matching fund from local Government*

2) Benefit at least 1,000 villagers (based on official statistics)

3) Job creation as a result of the installation of a windmill will receive first priority

4) Sponsoring company will have a choice to put its logo on the windmill

5) There must be a handover ceremony during which our sponsor will hand over the cheque to our Foundation

6) Neither the sponsor nor the China Windmill Foundation will incure any liability for the maintenance and safety of the windmill and people working on or around it

7) The offer of support expires after three months if it is not acted on

8) Application received from supplier along with the relevant information and photos
